Recognized by Gartner as one of the most innovative AI/ML players in the SaaS management space and a Leader in Innovation & Platform Play by GigaOm, CloudEagle is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by delivering value-driven solutions to our customers.
📋Responsibilities
- Develop new sales opportunities through SDR-generated leads and personal outbound outreach.
- Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while also managing ongoing relationships with existing customers.
- Lead tailored product demos that align with both new prospect needs and current customer use cases, showcasing value in both pre-sales and post-sales conversations.
- Manage POCs (Proof of Concept) and onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth handoff and successful product adoption.
- Work closely with customers post-sale to drive ongoing value, retention, and account growth.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and work toward upsell/cross-sell.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, implementation) to solve customer challenges and improve satisfaction.
- Leverage sales methodologies to uncover customer pain points and align CloudEagle’s value proposition accordingly.
- Own monthly revenue forecasting across both new and existing accounts.
- Proactively gather and relay customer feedback to product and leadership teams.
- Contribute to the sales collateral and process improvements with ideas for continuous optimization.
⭐Preferred Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS startup in a full-cycle AE role, with added exposure to post-sales or account management responsibilities.
- Proven track record of running POCs, closing deals, and managing customer relationships post-sale.
- Experience working with US-based clients; must be comfortable working US time zone hours.
- Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to identify and deliver continuous value.
- Highly adaptable to change and fast-paced startup environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
