📄Job description
We are looking for a passionate and versatile UI/UX Designer to support the design of both our digital products and marketing materials. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and the marketing team to create seamless, user-friendly experiences for our customers across all touchpoints. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in both product design and brand-focused design projects.
📋Responsibilities
- Product Design:
- Assist in designing intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user interfaces for our digital products (web and mobile).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into user-centric designs.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
- Ensure designs are consistent with our product’s design system and guidelines.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Participate in design critiques and offer constructive feedback to other team members.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and design tools to continually improve the design process.
⭐Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a UI/UX design role, and we can consider up to 6–7 years.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- A solid understanding of UI design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design.
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design process, including any projects related to product or marketing design.
- Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus but not required.
