The Role
Location: New York, NY
Compensation: $85,000 and $110,000 + Benefits + Equity (.03% - .05%)
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive professional to serve as both the operational backbone of our NYC office and support our CEO. This dual role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to have immediate, visible impact on company culture and executive productivity as we scale. You will report to the CEO.
What You’ll Do
- Office Management (50%)
- Own the day-to-day operations of our NYC office, ensuring a productive and welcoming environment
- Manage office logistics including supplies, vendors, equipment, and space planning as we grow
- Coordinate team events, all-hands meetings, and office social activities that strengthen our culture
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, IT support, and service vendors
- Manage office budget and track expenses
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
- Onboard new hires with seamless office setup and orientation
- Executive Support (50%)
- Help manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate travel
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion
- Take on other special projects that support the CEO's strategic priorities
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or operations roles (startup experience a plus)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and problem-solve proactively
- Proficiency with standard office tools, expense management tools, etc.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise excellent judgment
- Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week
