About Confido
Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. We’re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands like Baskin Robbins and Olipop automate the 1000s of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail.

We have best-in-class growth, efficiency, and we’ve recently raised a $15M Series A to build on the existing momentum.

The Role
Location: New York, NY (relocation assistance available)
Compensation: $130,000 and $180,000 + Benefits + Equity (.05% - .08%)

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to help us optimize, integrate, and scale our GTM operations and technology systems across marketing, sales, and customer success. This role is all about the heart of the funnel: pipeline & opportunity management, deal acceleration, and post-sale handoffs. You’ll work closely with our entire GTM team to turn high-level goals into scalable systems, and you will report to the CEO.

What You’ll Do

  • Build thoughtful automations that power our GTM motion including event preparation, prospecting strategy, and deal management
  • Create personalized, dynamic landing pages for high-value accounts that provide prospects with a clear idea of what our product can do
  • Collaborate with the sales team to surface triggers and meaningful intent signals

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company
  • Experience building or owning systems that support sales pipelines
  • Enjoy working closely with non-technical teams and can turn messy problems into clean system design
  • Strong grasp of tools in the modern GTM stack (Clay, n8n, Zapier, Hubspot)
  • Excitement about leveraging AI and automation to make sales and customer workflows smarter and more efficient
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to talk directly with customers and manage feature development
  • Strong desire to work at an early-stage startup and touch all parts of the product
  • CS or equivalent degree
  • Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week
