About the role

Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. We’re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands automate the 1000s of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail. Brands like Baskin Robbins and Olipop use our first products in accounting and planning to account for and plan for $Bs of retail revenue.

We have millions of ARR, best-in-class growth, and best in class efficiency. We’ve recently raised a $15M Series A to build on the existing momentum.

The Role

Location: New York, NY (relocation assistance available)

Compensation: $175,000 and $200,000 + Benefits + Meaningful Equity (.1% - .2%).

As a Senior Data Analyst at Confido, you will spearhead the development of new dashboards and analytical tools for internal and external users; This role offers the unique opportunity to shape our data culture and make a tangible impact on our technology and our customers.

You may be working on

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports.
  • Write complex and optimized SQL queries to analyze large-scale datasets.
  • Define and monitor key metrics, and proactively identify trends or anomalies.
  • Drive analytical projects from conception through execution and delivery.
  • Contribute to data model design and data pipeline improvements in collaboration with data engineers.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, reports, and metrics, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the presented data.

Requirements

(1) Strong technical background with 4+ years of full-time experience

(2) Scrappiness and interest in learning the ins and outs of the CPG industry

Preferred qualifications

(1) Excellent communication skills with the ability to talk directly with users and manage development

(2) SQL expert

(3) CS or Technical Degree
