About The Role
As a Partnerships Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our revenue organization. You’ll lead the full sales process for healthcare organizations, employers, and benefits platforms - from qualifying leads to closing complex, high-impact deals. This is a unique opportunity to own both mid-market and enterprise opportunities, while helping to build the infrastructure, strategy, and playbooks for a scalable go-to-market motion.
You’ll work closely with leadership across the company and be instrumental in driving growth, refining positioning, and ensuring our offerings align with the evolving needs of our partners.

About The Role
As a Partnerships Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our revenue organization. You’ll lead the full sales process for healthcare organizations, employers, and benefits platforms - from qualifying leads to closing complex, high-impact deals. You’ll work closely with leadership across the company and be instrumental in driving growth, refining positioning, and ensuring our offerings align with the evolving needs of our partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and close strategic partnership opportunities with a wide range of customer types—from multi-site provider groups and health systems to self-insured employers and benefits aggregators.
- Qualify and convert inbound and outbound leads into high-potential pipeline opportunities, with a strong focus on value-based consultative selling.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from first conversation through contract execution, including discovery, solution alignment, pricing strategy, and negotiation.
- Build lasting relationships with senior HR, clinical, and administrative stakeholders, positioning Culina Health as a trusted partner.
- Develop and execute account strategies to move deals efficiently through the pipeline, while laying the groundwork for larger, long-term opportunities.
- Partner closely with marketing, customer success, and product to ensure seamless handoff and long-term client success.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy, sales process development, and messaging refinement - helping shape the way we sell as we scale.
- Stay ahead of healthcare and benefit industry trends, and bring back insights to inform our commercial and product strategies.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or benefits—with a track record of closing mid-market and/or enterprise deals.
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence executive decision-makers across HR, clinical, and operations teams.
- Comfortable selling into multiple stakeholders and tailoring value propositions for diverse customer types.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you’re excited by ambiguity, energized by building from scratch, and take ownership without needing a playbook.
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven—you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales tools to track, manage, and forecast pipeline performance.
