Perform month end close procedures and prepare month end reconciliations.
Assist with quarterly and annual audit processes as needed
Ensure accounting task completion in accordance with policies, procedures, and business strategies
Create all financial reports in accordance with the appropriate accounting framework.
Review monthly reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
Prepare any internal review documents
Reconcile GL Balance Sheet accounts
Reconcile all customers’ accounts and generate daily customers’ balance
Assist senior management with special projects as required
Develop comprehensive implementation plans to sustain financial accountability within the organization; and reviewing applicable policies and procedures
Work with other unit to gather and disseminate information for budgeting and forecasting purposes
Develop/improve perpetual dashboard (Power BI and Excel), exception based, financial reporting and analysis.
Assist with monthly and quarterly consolidated financial reporting with analytical commentary for management and operations
