The Role

  • Team Integration: As an intern, you’ll be an essential part of our engineering team, working alongside skilled professionals on cutting-edge projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Platform, Product, and more, gaining exposure to the broader business.

  • Real-World Projects: You’ll take on a variety of projects that align with your skills and interests, contributing to key engineering initiatives. By the end of the program, you’ll showcase your work through a final presentation to your team and peers.

  • Skill Building & Career Growth: Throughout the internship, you’ll attend workshops focused on technical skills, resume building, interview prep, and professional development. You’ll also have the chance to engage with company leadership during networking events.

  • Mentorship: Receive guidance and feedback from your manager, as well as a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate your internship experience, ensuring continuous learning and growth.

You Bring

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree: You’re a new graduate or current student expected to graduate in the Fall 2026/Spring of 2027 majoring in Engineering or a related field.

  • Proactive & Collaborative Attitude: You have an act-like-an-owner mentality, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and enjoy working with others to achieve collective goals.

  • Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy tackling complex challenges, analyzing problems, and developing solutions. Clear communication of ideas is one of your strengths.

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’re a keen listener with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Excited to Learn & Grow: You are passionate about being part of a rapidly growing start-up and look forward to expanding your skills in a real-world setting.

  • Availability: You are available to work in our New York City office at least 3-4 days a week throughout the summer.
